a.  A majority of our customers get their first unsolicited compliments in as soon as 8 weeks of using NULASTIN®. Results vary from individual to individual and not everyone will respond the same way. How quickly you notice results depends on factors like gender, age, genetic predisposition, environmental conditions and more. 

b.  The HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment may take more time, but stay the course! The best practice is to apply the product in the areas where hair is sparse two times per day (morning and night). Certain spots can be problematic and may take six months or longer to improve.

c.  With all of our products, timing is different for everyone. Your lashes, brows, and hair grow in stages. For lashes and brows, the cycle lasts 3-4 months. Scalp hair can take longer. 

d.  — The 1st stage (anagen)

e.  When your hair grows a little every day (30-45 days).

f.  — The 2nd stage (catagen)

g.  The transition or regression phase — when your hair follicles shrink, allowing the strands (bulb) to extend toward the surface (2-3 weeks). 

h.  — The 3rd stage (telogen)

i.  The resting phase. Your hair bulb is inactive, and the hairs eventually fall out (Around 100 days). 

j.  — The 4th stage (late telogen or exogen)

k.  Reassembly. This is where new follicles are formed. Think of it as the reawakening process before the hair starts back into the growth phase.

a. The HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment should not cause discomfort or irritation. If you tend to have a sensitivity to products, we recommend a patch test prior to use. This usually involves dabbing a small amount of product behind your ear or on your inner elbow and leaving it to dry for 48 hours. 

b. Individual sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients are a fact of life. According to the “Allergic Living” database, it is a common myth that allergic reactions automatically become worse with each exposure. However, the severity of future reactions is unpredictable. It could be the same, less, or more severe. It is important to talk to your doctor about how to avoid allergens.

b. — Start with dry or damp hair — do not apply to wet, dripping hair. 

c. — Place two or three pumps of product onto your fingertips. 

d. — Apply directly to the scalp where growth is desired. 

e. — Gently massage the product into the scalp using a back and forth motion for about one minute until absorbed. 

f. — Focus on trouble areas first before massaging into the entire scalp. 

g. — Wash hands well after application. 

Tips for use 

a. It is not necessary to apply to clean hair or recently shampooed/conditioned hair, although post-wash is perfectly fine. Just make sure you towel dry your hair. If the hair is wet, the formula may become diluted. 

b. We recommend using the product prior to leave-in conditioners and styling products. After applying the NULASTIN® HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment, and once it has absorbed into your scalp (about a minute or so), you can continue the use of other hair products and style it as usual. If you have product in your hair from earlier in the day and/or the evening before, just layer the NULASTIN® HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment per the directions. 

c. For best results, use consistently. Store in a cool area, away from sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Not intended for direct contact with eyes. If this should occur, rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Consistency is the key to lasting results, but no worries if things come up. If you miss a few days, just start back up and use daily as directed. We don’t recommend trying to “catch up” with a loading dose and/or duplicate applications.
