Preparing Your Lashes for Results

As you begin this journey, lash care is your key to success. You can maximize and even accelerate your results with our LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum by starting a routine that lays the groundwork for healthy new growth.

Fall in love with your lashes all over again and prep for success with these lash-care tips.

Avoid false eyelashes

Lash extensions can potentially interfere with your natural growth cycle and cause premature shedding of lashes.

Quit waterproof mascara

Or at least keep it to a minimum. Waterproof formulas can be drying for lashes and tough to remove at night – leading to scrubbing, tugging and breakage.

Gently remove makeup before bed

Leaving your eye makeup on at night can cause your lashes to stiffen and break off. Use a gentle makeup remover at night to leave your lashes clean and particle free.

Resist the urge to rub

Tired? Allergy issues? When the impulse strikes, try not to rub your eyes. It puts pressure on your cornea, can cause broken blood vessels (and dark circles) and accelerate lash shedding.

Apply your LASH serum day and night

Using your clinically proven LASH serum every morning after washing your face and every night before bed will strengthen your lash follicles and prevent shedding for longer, fuller looking lashes.

When will I see results?

It varies from person to person, but based on our clinical trial results, our LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum with Elastaplex® is proven to activate in 6 weeks and proven to double results in 12 weeks for thicker, shinier, longer looking lashes.

How do I add a product to my subscription?

Log in to your account.
Find the product you wish to add.

How do I use LASH?

Apply AM & PM

Start with clean, dry eyelids.
Use the applicator brush to apply a thin line of the serum just above the lash line on the top lid (inner to outer corner).
We do not recommend using the serum on the bottom lashes, as this could lead to irritation in the eye area.

Tips for use

Individuals with sensitive eyes should start using the product once per day (morning only) until they acclimate to the serum.
After applying, some customers keep their eyes closed for a few seconds until it dries. You can even fan the area for a moment to help.
The serum can be applied under makeup with little to no wait time. We don’t recommend using after mascara as this will dirty the applicator.
The LASH serum has a thick consistency. This is by design. We don’t want it running into your eyes. When you pull out the applicator, the suction inside the container and the surface tension may create a vacuum effect. Just tip the tube upside down and sideways a few times to get the serum flowing.
