A majority of our customers get their first unsolicited compliments after a few short weeks of using NULASTIN®. Results vary from individual to individual and not everyone will respond the same way. How quickly you notice results depends on factors like gender, age, genetic predisposition, environmental conditions and more. 

With the LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum, you may notice changes within weeks. Lashes might feel more luxurious and hold mascara better. Within a month, overall changes may be even more noticeable, including the appearance of length, width, and density. 

The BROW Shape Altering Serum and HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment may take more time, but stay the course! The best practice is to apply the product in the areas where hair is sparse two times per day (morning and night). Certain spots can be problematic and may take six months or longer to improve. In cases where the follicle is damaged beyond repair, you may never see new growth. 

With all of our products, timing is different for everyone. Your lashes, brows, and hair grow in stages. For lashes and brows, the cycle lasts 3-4 months. Scalp hair can take longer.

When your hair grows a little every day (30-45 days).

— The 2nd stage (catagen)

The transition or regression phase — when your hair follicles shrink, allowing the strands (bulb) to extend toward the surface (2-3 weeks). 

— The 3rd stage (telogen)

The resting phase. Your hair bulb is inactive, and the hairs eventually fall out (Around 100 days). 

— The 4th stage (late telogen or exogen)

You can apply the serum twice daily (morning and night) until you reach a point of satisfaction. Another option is to decrease application to once per day three or four times per week. When you want to increase the results again, go back to using twice per day.

Consistently using NULASTIN® twice a day, morning and night, allows your body to continuously rejuvenate that youthful-looking glow, firmness, and elasticity with ease. It’s an effective and convenient treatment for reducing the look of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and other signs of aging skin.

Consistency is the key to lasting results, but no worries if things come up. If you miss a few days, just start back up and use daily as directed. We don’t recommend trying to “catch up” with a loading dose and/or duplicate applications for the LASH, BROW, or HAIR products. Our skin care products can be used as much as desired — multiple times daily.

We are committed to fresh, small-batch production and the shelf life of our cosmetics is 2 years from the manufacturing date. We encourage our customers to use NULASTIN® once received, ideally within the Period After Opening (PAO) recommendation, to maximize results. Stockpiling is not recommended. 

Keep unused products in your refrigerator or store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze the serums.

A 12-week clinical study was performed by applying a topical placement of the LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum on the upper eyelash, one brush stroke medial to lateral twice per day (morning and evening). Participants saw up to a 61% improvement in the appearance of lash length and up to a 120% increase in the appearance of lash density. 

An 18-week clinical evaluation for HAIR was performed and 92% of the subjects saw an improvement in the appearance of hair growth while 80% saw their thin/bald spot get smaller. Individual sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients are a fact of life. According to the “Allergic Living” database, it is a common myth that allergic reactions automatically become worse with each exposure. However, the severity of future reactions is unpredictable. LASH: We didn’t encounter any adverse side effects in our clinical trials. Our product should not touch the eye and should be used as directed. This is a great question. When used as directed, the product should not get in your eye, and should have no physiological effect on the color of your eyes. Damaged Products

All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to be processed. We only accept returns on NULASTIN® products that were purchased from NULASTIN and any authorized sellers. LASH Directions

Apply AM & PM 

—Start with clean, dry eyelids. 

—Use the applicator brush to apply a thin line of the serum just above the lash line on the top lid (inner to outer corner).

—We do not recommend using the serum on the bottom lashes, as this could lead to irritation in the eye area. 

Tips for use 

Individuals with sensitive eyes should start using the product once per day (morning only) until they acclimate to the serum. Some customers that apply the serum to the lash line keep their eyes closed for a few seconds until it dries. You can even fan the area for a moment to help. The serum can be applied under makeup with little to no wait time. We don’t recommend using after mascara as this will dirty the applicator. 

The LASH serum has a thick consistency. This is by design. We don’t want it running into your eyes. When you pull out the applicator, the suction inside the container and the surface tension may create a vacuum effect. Just tip the tube upside down and sideways a few times to get the serum flowing.  

For best results, use consistently. Store in a cool area, away from sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Not intended for direct contact with eyes. If this should occur, rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Apply AM & PM

—Use the applicator brush to stroke the serum onto the eyebrows (or sideburns, beards, or goatees) using a short,      vigorous motion directly on the hair follicle and/or the skin where hair growth is desired. 

—Redip brush to collect more serum as needed. 

—When starting a new tube, gently shake the container prior to opening. 

Tips for use 

The serum can be applied under makeup with little to no wait time. We don’t recommend using it after a brow pencil or gel, as this will dirty the applicator. 

The BROW serum has a thick consistency. When you pull out the applicator, the suction inside the container and the surface tension may create a vacuum effect. You may need to shake the tube initially and/or pump the applicator in the tube a few times to get the serum flowing.

For best results, use consistently. Store in a cool area, away from sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Not intended for direct contact with eyes. If this should occur, rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Apply AM & PM

— Start with dry or damp hair — do not apply to wet, dripping hair. 

— Place two or three pumps of product onto your fingertips. 

— Apply directly to the scalp where growth is desired. 

— Gently massage the product into the scalp using a back and forth motion for about one minute until absorbed. 

— Focus on trouble areas first before massaging into the entire scalp. 

— Wash hands well after application. 

Tips for use 

It is not necessary to apply to clean hair or recently shampooed/conditioned hair, although post-wash is perfectly fine. Just make sure you towel dry your hair. If the hair is wet, the formula may become diluted. 

We recommend using the product prior to leave-in conditioners and styling products. After applying the NULASTIN® HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment, and once it has absorbed into your scalp (about a minute or so), you can continue the use of other hair products and style it as usual. If you have product in your hair from earlier in the day and/or the evening before, just layer the NULASTIN® HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment per the directions.

LASH, BROW and HAIR should last 4-6 weeks when used as directed (longer for some users depending on application style): twice daily, morning and evening.

Once you achieve your ideal look, you can reduce application to once per day — making the product will last much longer. When you want to accelerate the results again, just increase the frequency again to twice daily. Never use the LASH, BROW, or HAIR serum/treatment more than twice per day. The formula is maximized for potency at the recommended dose. More is not better.

Each LASH and BROW tube contains 3mL of concentrated serum. This is comparable with the industry-standard size.

Exposure to light, heat, and air degrades most cosmetic serums. This is why we use opaque packaging and airless pumps for the HAIR and SKIN collection. Each product is quality controlled and filled to maximum capacity by our FDA-registered, OTC-licensed cGMP/FDA facility.

The HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment is liquid gold. A few pumps should cover your needs. If you decide to use more than 2-3 pumps in the morning and evening, keep in mind that you will run out of product sooner than the expected 4-6 week time period.

The LASH and BROW ingredients are the same, except for the BROW serum has a slightly higher concentration of one active ingredient. This is because the brows respond better to a more robust formula. The eye area is naturally more sensitive. So, our formula for the LASH serum is perfectly blended for results without exacerbating individual sensitivities. 

Additionally, the BROW applicator is a spoolie brush. This allows you to brush the serum on the brow line in one fell swoop — and then, gently rub the product back and forth on the skin where hair growth is desire. The invigoration helps bring blood flow to the area and delivers superior results. 

The LASH applicator is an eyeliner-style brush so that you can apply a line at the base of the upper eyelashes (inside to outside) with precision and without wasting product. 

The HAIR formula is an elegant serum with the same clinically evaluated ingredients found in the LASH and BROW serums. We blended in three key additions, Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Provitamin B5, and Rubus Fruticosus (Blackberry) Leaf Extract. HA acts as a cushion to promote collagen and elasticity and is a super magnet for moisture. Pantothenic acid prevents moisture loss, deeply penetrating the hair and helping to nourish the scalp. The blackberry leaf extract has been found to stimulate elastin synthesis by increasing the elastin gene transcription and increasing tropoelastin. Our version supports the prevention from solar elastosis.

Keratins can range in quality and can differ from where they are sourced. Some keratins are made from plants and some from animal by-products. A common animal by-product is bovine blood plasma. We’ll always be cruelty-free and our unique proteins are one of the biggest breakthroughs you’ll find in our formula compared to other brands. 

Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) — Active ingredient exclusive to NULASTIN®

Addresses the catagen stage of hair growth. Shortens catagen development. Extends the productive anagen phase of the hair follicle lifecycle. Collaborates with the naturally occurring proteins that maintain the active phase of lash and eyebrow hair growth development. 

Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 — Active ingredient

Hair grows in stages, so shedding is natural. 

— The 1st stage (anagen): When your hair grows a little every day (30-45 days for lashes/brows and 2-6 years for the scalp). 

— The 2nd stage (catagen): The transition or regression phase — when your hair follicles shrink, allowing the strands (bulb) to extend toward the surface (2-3 weeks). 

— The 3rd stage (telogen): The resting phase. Your hair bulb is inactive, and the hairs eventually fall out (Around 100 days). 

— The 4th stage (late telogen or exogen): Reassembly. This is where new follicles are formed. Think of it as the re-awakening process before the hair starts back into the growth phase. 

For example, if the majority of your lashes, brows, or hair are in the third stage when you start using NULASTIN®, it’s normal that the hair will naturally fall out. Frankly, we get a little giddy over the prospect. Why? It means visible change is coming! We tend to panic when we lose an eyelash or detect a small gap. Many factors play a role in hair loss and hair thinning. Hair loss has a strong genetic component that can be inherited. Other factors contribute — including stress, diet, UV exposure, oxidative stress, toxins, pollution, hormones, aging, and various medical conditions. 

Hair follicles repeatedly go through stages in a cycle of growth and rest. It is the disruption of this cycle that results in excessive hair loss. The specialized cells in the follicle that become the hair shaft itself can be depleted during the resting or latent phase in the hair cycle, resulting in fewer and fewer active follicles (and hair) over time.

Yes, when used as directed, our formulas are safe and non-irritating for those who wear contact lenses.

This is very unlikely. However, a small percentage of users who are genetically predisposed to facial hair have reported that they notice “peach fuzz” (vellus hair) around their crow’s feet and upper cheek area after prolonged use. Because skin is not compartmentalized, there is a possibility that for certain individuals, when healthy hair follicles are stimulated, other cells in the matrix of your skin are also visibly invigorated. 

What we have found is that this scenario is rare and seasonal. Depending on where you are in a hormonal cycle may also affect what you see. Most individuals over a certain age will agree that there comes a point in life when bizarre hairs pop up on the chin, a toe, or finger for no apparent reason. To mitigate this annoyance, we recommend a visit to your esthetician and waxing, threading, or plucking. Once removed, the “peach fuzz” may or may not return. 

Our recommendation to those who are concerned is to use less product or stop using the serum.

Argireline® is a unique peptide called Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 that both reduces existing facial wrinkles and is effective against the development of new wrinkles. Studies with human volunteers show that Argireline® delivers superior anti-wrinkle results and visibly decreases the severity of wrinkles around the eyes by up to 17% after 15 days of treatment and up to 27% after 30 days of treatment. This represents a breakthrough in cosmetic science because of its remarkable speed in anti-wrinkle activity. Argireline® also decreases the depth of facial wrinkles caused by the contraction of muscles from facial expressions, especially near the eyes and on the forehead. Botulinum toxin targets the same wrinkles, but Argireline® is safer and less expensive. 

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural material found throughout the body. HA is a chief component of the dermis of the skin and retains water better than any other natural substance. It is commonly used as an injectable skin filler, but similar results can be achieved through topical application. NULASTIN® contains 3500mg of HA (equivalent to around 350 filler injections).
