At NULASTIN®, your satisfaction is important to us. Before initiating a return, we kindly ask that you ensure the SKIN, HAIR, LASH, or BROW products were used consistently, as directed, and within the Period-After-Opening (PAO) timeframe. These factors can impact product performance.
Return for Refund or Exchange
You may return your most recent NULASTIN® order for a refund or exchange for store credit.Terms & Conditions apply.
Requests to return multiple or duplicate orders placed prior to your most recent purchase—or across extended periods (months/years)—are not eligible for refund or exchange. NULASTIN® reserves the right to revoke return privileges if we determine there has been an attempt to misuse our policy.
Special Campaigns & Limited-Time Offers
Returns on promotional or bundled offers must include all items originally shipped.If any items (bonus products, bundles, free gifts) are retained, their full retail value plus shipping will be deducted from the refund total.
Damaged Products
If your item was damaged during shipping: We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged item. NULASTIN® covers return shipping costs on damaged items deemed returnable.
Return Process
All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To request an RMA#, email customercare@nulastin.com with:

Email address and phone number
Product(s) and reason for return
Once reviewed, we’ll issue your unique RMA# via email.

Refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit
Return shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Handling Fees
U.S: 10% handling fee
International: 15% handling fee
These fees cover merchant charges, ethical disposal, and responsible processing of packaging and product contents.
Items Ineligible for Return
Only your most recent order is eligible for return. Previous orders are not covered under our return policy and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Amazon Orders
Purchases made on Amazon must follow Amazon’s return policies. For orders placed via our official Amazon storefront (Front Row), a valid proof of purchase is required to be eligible for our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
