NULASTIN® Rewards Loyalty Program

By enrolling in the NULASTIN® Rewards Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. Your participation confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these terms, we respectfully advise against participating in the program.

1. Enrollment and Membership

Eligibility:
Membership in the NULASTIN® Rewards Loyalty Program (the “Rewards Program”) is open to individuals over the age of 18 who create an account on nulastin.com (the “Site”). Enrollment is free of charge.

Account Creation:
Upon creating an account, members are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.

2. Earning Cash Back Credits

Purchases:
Members earn Cash Back Credits for qualifying purchases made on nulastin.com. Cash Back Credits are added to a member’s account once an order has shipped. If an order is returned or cancelled, the corresponding Cash Back Credits will be deducted from the member’s balance.

3. Cash Back Credits Expiration and Opting Out

Expiration:
Cash Back Credits will expire after 12 months from accrual date. Expired Cash Back Credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Opting Out:
To cancel or opt out of the Rewards Program, members must contact customercare@nulastin.com. Upon opting out, members will no longer earn or redeem Cash Back Credits and will forfeit any unused or unexpired Cash Back Credits. This action is final and cannot be reversed.

4. Redeeming Cash Back Credits

Redemption for Product:
Cash Back Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cash Back Credits can only be applied to purchases through nulastin.com. 

Subscription Orders

To apply Cash Back Credits toward a subscription order:

1. Log in to your NULASTIN account

2. Navigate to “Manage Subscription” 

3. Scroll down the page until you see the section titled “Credits”

4. Simply toggle on, Auto-apply to the next order.

One-Time Purchases

During checkout, members may select to apply their Cash Back Credits. Upon selecting apply, the available credits will be applied to the order.

Limitations:

• Cash Back Credits cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions, or discount codes

• Cash Back Credits cannot be applied to discounted items

• Cash Back Credits apply to product price only and do not cover shipping, handling, or taxes

Multiple Subscriptions

Members with multiple active subscriptions may apply credit balance to any upcoming order. Cash Back Credits cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.

Individual Use Only:
Cash Back Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

5. General Conditions

Modification and Termination:
NULASTIN may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Account Verification:
We may request verification of account activity to ensure compliance.

Abuse:
Any abuse of the Rewards Program may result in termination and forfeiture of Cash Back Credits.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULASTIN assumes no liability for technical issues, system errors, or disruptions affecting the Rewards Program or Site.
