We stand behind every product we make. If you’ve used your NULASTIN® products consistently, correctly, and within the Period-After-Opening (PAO) timeline—but still didn’t get the results you were hoping for—we’re happy to offer a refund (Terms and Conditions Apply).

To request a refund, please email us with the following:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Product(s) purchased

  • Reason for refund

  • Feedback on how we can improve

Note:

  • You do not need to return opened or used products to receive a refund.

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all U.S. and Canadian refunds.

  • A 15% processing fee applies to international refunds.

  • Refunds for multiple or duplicate orders placed over time may not be approved unless special consideration is granted.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened, sealed products may be returned or exchanged at any time, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, email customercare@nulastin.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Product(s) to be returned

  • Reason for the return

If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). All returns require an RMA# to be processed.

Please note:

  • A 10% U.S. or 15% (international) handling fee applies to all returns.

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through NULASTIN® or authorized sellers.

 


SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS & LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

All promotional offers are included in our 100% Performance Guarantee. However, all items received as part of the promotion must be returned to receive a full refund.

If you choose to keep any bonus products, bundles, or free gifts, the full retail value plus shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or refund your purchase. Please contact us and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

 


PURCHASES FROM RETAIL PARTNERS

If you purchased NULASTIN® from an authorized retailer (not directly from us), please refer to their return policy. We are unable to process returns or refunds for third-party purchases.

 


RETURN SHIPPING

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend using a trackable method. We cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments.
