2X Cash Back Black Friday Early Access Promotion Terms

These promotion terms apply to the NULASTIN® 2X Cash Back Black Friday Early Access Promotion (the “Promotion”) and supplement the NULASTIN® Rewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. If these terms conflict with the Rewards Program Terms & Conditions, these terms govern for purposes of the Promotion only.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD
    The Promotion runs from November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET through November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). [Order times are determined by NULASTIN® system records.] Orders must be placed during the Promotion Period to qualify. Orders placed during the Promotion Period that ship after it ends remain eligible.

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    The Promotion is open to NULASTIN® Rewards Loyalty Program members who are 18 or older and have an account on nulastin.com. [Members must be signed in to their account at checkout to earn 2X Cash Back Credits.] Only purchases made on nulastin.com qualify. Purchases made through Amazon or any other third party retailer are not eligible. [Recurring subscription orders that process during the Promotion Period are / are not eligible.]

  3. EARNING 2X CASH BACK CREDITS
    During the Promotion Period, members earn Cash Back Credits at twice the standard earn rate on qualifying purchases. [Cash Back Credits are calculated on product price only and exclude shipping, handling and taxes.] [Bonus Cash Back Credits are limited to $X per member during the Promotion Period.] [Bonus Cash Back Credits may post separately from standard Cash Back Credits and may take up to X days to appear in a member’s account.]

  4. CREDITING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
    Cash Back Credits, including bonus credits earned through the Promotion, are added to a member’s account once an order has shipped. If an order is returned or cancelled, all corresponding Cash Back Credits, including bonus credits, will be deducted from the member’s balance. [For partial returns, Cash Back Credits will be deducted in proportion to the returned items.]

  5. EXPIRATION
    Cash Back Credits earned through the Promotion expire 12 months from the accrual date, consistent with the Rewards Program Terms & Conditions. Expired Cash Back Credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

  6. REDEMPTION
    Cash Back Credits earned through the Promotion are subject to the same redemption rules as all Cash Back Credits. Cash Back Credits have no cash value, may only be redeemed on nulastin.com and are nontransferable. Cash Back Credits cannot be applied to discounted items, including items on sale during the Black Friday Early Access Sale, and cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions or discount codes. Cash Back Credits apply to product price only and do not cover shipping, handling or taxes.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    [The Promotion may not be combined with any other Cash Back multiplier offer.] NULASTIN® may request verification of account activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any abuse of the Promotion or the Rewards Program may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of Cash Back Credits. NULASTIN® may modify, suspend or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULASTIN® assumes no liability for technical issues, system errors or disruptions affecting the Promotion. [Void where prohibited.]
