Refer a Friend Policy

As a Refer a Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to NULASTIN ®’s Terms of Service and NULASTIN’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for NULASTIN’s Refer a Friend program:

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first-time purchase made at https://nulastin.com/ by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer a Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. Referrer cannot refer themselves to earn Rewards Points, and purchases by Referred Customers who share Referrer’s email address or billing address will not qualify for Rewards Points and those who share Referrer’s shipping information may not qualify for a Rewards Points.
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must use your personal referral link to make their first purchase at https://nulastin.com.

Referrer Reward Points. Referral Rewards are issued as Reward Points. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. Reward Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred, reproduced or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. Gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and discounts cannot be applied to such items. No adjustments on previous purchases, and purchases made with this offer are not eligible for a price adjustment. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Referred Customer Rewards Points. Gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward minimum purchase requirements and discounts cannot be applied to such items. No adjustments on previous purchases, and purchases made with this offer are not eligible for a price adjustment. Limit $25 in Rewards Points per Referred Customer per transaction. Valid for use towards purchases at https://nulastin.com only and cannot be combined with other offers. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. NULASTIN’s Refer a Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in NULASTIN’s sole discretion.
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws (ie CAN-SPAM, CASL). For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from NULASTIN’s Refer a Friend program.

Right to Close Accounts. NULASTIN reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer without prior notice and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer is found to be engaging in, but not limited to, the following activities:

Creating fake referrals or using multiple identities for fraudulent benefits;
Sending unsolicited or spam referral invitations;
Providing misleading information about our services;
Exploiting program loopholes or colluding with company insiders;
Using automated systems or bots for referrals;
Reselling referral benefits;
Harvesting data under the guise of referrals; or
Unduly pressuring or coercing others into the program.
We reserve the right to determine and act upon any suspicious activity, breaches of any of these Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions, or any violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. NULASTIN reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Refer a Friend Program at any time and without notice in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Points will be forfeited at that time. All NULASTIN Rewards Points expire a year from the date they have been earned.
