We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with NULASTIN®. Prior to returning any product, we ask that you double check to ensure that you have used the SKIN, HAIR, LASH, BROW products consistently, correctly and within the Period-After-Opening (PAO) date. 

NULASTIN® RETURN POLICY

Return For Refund: You may exchange for store credit or return your most recent NULASTIN order at any time for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.


A request to return multiple and duplicate product orders, placed prior to your most recent order and/or over the course of months and/or years is not eligible for an exchange or refund. Any abuse of this Lifetime Guarantee Policy, as determined by the Company is subject to NULASTIN’s right to revoke the guarantee. 


Any Special Campaigns or Limited Time Offers are also subject to our Return Policy but require returns to include all products shipped in the special campaign to be eligible for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). If you keep any items from the special campaign (bonus product, bundled items and/or free gifts), you will be charged at full retail price (plus shipping and handling charges), and this will be deducted from the refund amount. 


Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during shipping, we will send out a new duplicate product or refund your original purchase price when we receive your damaged item. NULASTIN will cover the shipping cost of damaged products, as reasonably determined by us, and returned to us. 


Return Process: All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to be processed. We only accept returns on NULASTIN® products that were purchased from NULASTIN and any authorized sellers. To receive an RMA# from NULASTIN®, please send us an email to customercare@nulastin.com with your full name, email address, phone number, the product and reason for the return. Once we review, your unique RMA# will be emailed to you. Also please see our Authorized Seller Policy.


If your product is eligible for our Return Policy, as determined by NULASTIN, you will be notified via e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. The refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving your return. A 10% handling fee will be charged for all returns/refunds in the U.S.A. and Canada; and/or a 15% handling fee will be charged for international returns/refunds, which includes merchant fees, ethical, responsible processing and disposal of the packaging, containers, and contents.

NULASTIN® does not supply a return label. To ensure delivery, please send your returned product via a tracking method. Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.


Items Ineligible For Return: NULASTIN’s return policy is limited to your most recent order, and any requests to return orders placed prior to your most recent order are not subject to NULASTIN’s return policy and will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. 


Amazon: Amazon orders are subject to Amazon’s return policy guidelines and any refund will abide by their platform restrictions. Please see Amazon’s policies on refund for further clarification.
