• Start with clean, dry eyebrows.
• Use the applicator to apply BROW Shape Altering Serum in short, upward brush strokes onto the eyebrows, after skincare and before makeup application.
• Apply twice daily, AM & PM.
• The custom spoolie applicator is designed with synthetic bristles to pick up and deposit the ideal amount of serum for each brow.
