This breakthrough technology helps minimize fallout and premature shedding by fortifying follicles at the root, resulting in visibly thicker, fuller looking lashes.

• Start with clean, dry eyelids.
• Use the applicator to apply a thin line of LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum to the base of the upper lash line from inner to outer corner, after skincare and before makeup application.
• Apply twice daily, AM & PM
• Do not apply to the lower lash line.

WARNING: Use only as instructed. For external use only. This cosmetic contains a small amount of Isopropyl Cloprostenate, an analog of prostaglandin.
