Become a Subscriber

Our subscription program is an auto replenishment service (auto-ship) in which we provide regular, recurring delivery of the product of your choice. Products ordered as a subscription, as opposed to a single one-time order, are automatically charged to your secure credit card on file and ship with the cadence you choose. Once you become a subscriber, you will receive access to our concierge customer service team specifically dedicated to our VIP subscribers.

Find the product/s you want to have auto-shipped. Check Subscribe & Save. Choose your delivery frequency and then add it to your cart. Once you complete the purchase, you're automatically signed up for recurring shipments of your favorite products.

Absolutely! Our subscriptions are made to be flexible. You can skip a delivery or change the date of an upcoming order by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscription" and selecting "Reschedule." If you would like to permanently change the frequency of your deliveries (i.e. change from every 6 weeks to every 8 weeks) select “Manage Subscriptions” from the right hand menu. You will then select the subscription in which you would like to adjust the frequency. Once the correct subscription has been selected you will then be prompted to select the quantity you would like shipped and at what frequency. **Note, please be sure and select "Save Changes" prior to exiting.

Within your account, click “Manage Subscription.” Towards the top of the screen you will see "Send Now", "Reschedule", and "Skip". To reschedule your upcoming order please select Reschedule. You will then be prompted to select the date you would like your next auto-ship order to process. To skip a delivery, click “Manage upcoming orders” and select “skip order.” Please note: this will also change the order date for all future orders according to the frequency of your subscription. Your next order will process on the date selected.
