Apply both serums twice daily – AM & PM – after skincare and before makeup application.
Start with clean, dry eyelids & eyebrows. Apply a thin line of LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum using the applicator to the base of the upper lash line from inner to outer corner.
Do not apply to the lower lash line.
Apply BROW Shape Altering Serum with the spoolie applicator in short, upward brush strokes onto the eyebrows.
