Start with clean, dry eyelids.
Use the applicator to apply a thin line of LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum to the base of the upper lash line from inner to outer corner – after skincare and before makeup application.
Apply twice daily – AM & PM.
Do not apply to the lower lash line
